Fishing at Twelve Oaks | Days out and Attractions

Upper Lake provides mixed species fishing for Roach, Perch, Carp & Tench with carp weights into double figures.

Lower lake provides fishing for Carp & Tench only with fish again into double figures.

Fishing is £10.00 per day and £50.00 per week with a valid rod licence.

Cottage residents can fish our lakes free of charge with a valid rod licence. This licence must be presented to reception beforehand.

Please note our few simple rules below

No Keepnets allowed.
Landing nets to be used for all fish and to be dipped in disinfectant wash provided before use.
Barbless hooks only.
No boilies or nut baits.
No fixed lead or bolt rigs.
Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
No night fishing.
